Apertura DA APRILE A OTTOBRE

I prezzi sono comprensivi di biancheria letto e bagno, consumi acqua-luce-gas, uso piscina e parcheggio.
Non sono comprese:

• le spese di pulizia finale di 3O euro,  l'appartamento va comunque lasciato libero da immondizie, con frigo spento e aperto, le stoviglie lavate e riordinate
  

• la tassa di soggiorno comunale di 1 euro a notte per persona dai 15 anni di età
  

• cambio biancheria matrimoniale 1O.euro, singola 5.euro.
  

Il check-in è dalle ore 15.OO alle ore 19.OO, il check-out entro le ore 1O.OO.
Per la prenotazione può essere richiesta caparra non rimborsabile. Si accettano anche carte di credito.

Gli animali domestici sono ammessi senza costi extra nel rispetto delle seguenti condizioni:

•  non è permesso lasciare il proprio animale incustodito, per evitare disturbo agli altri ospiti o danni all'arredo
  

•  non è permesso lasciarlo salire o dormire sul letto o divano nè utilizzare per suo uso biancheria della struttura
  

•  dovrà essere tenuto al guinzaglio negli spazi comuni.

Opening time FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER

Apartments prices include bed linen and towels, water consumption, gas and electricity, pool and parking facilities.
Not included:

• Final cleaning upon departure priced at 3O euro -  apartments must be left free of rubbish, fridge turned off and opened, dishes and cookware washed and properly stored
  

• A Tourist Tax of 1 euro per night per person over 15
  

• Towels and double bed linen changing 1O.euro, single 5.euro.
  

Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm, check-out by 1O am.
A  non-refundable deposit may be required for the booking. Credit cards are also accepted.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge under the following conditions:

• they should not be left unattended in the room to avoid disturbance of other guests and damage to furnishings
  

• you must provide their own blanket to sleep on and not allowed them to climb on beds or sofa or the use for them of property's linen
  

• make sure your pets are kept on a leash in public areas.

Im Preis sind Wasser -Licht -Gas inklusive so wie Bettwäsche, Handtüsche, Pool Benutzung und Autostellplatz.
Nicht im Preis imbegriffen:

• Endreinigung in der Höhe von 3O euro, die Wohnung muss frei von Müll verlassen werden, Kühlschrank aus und offen, Geschirr gewaschen und wiedergesteckt
  

• Städtische Kurtaxe von 1 euro pro Nacht pro Person ab 15 Jahre alt
  

• Wechsel Tücher und Doppelbettwäsche 1O.euro, -Einzel 5.euro
  

Der Check-In ist ab 15.OO Uhr bis 19.OO Uhr, Check-Out bis 1O.OO  Uhr.
Eine Anzahlung kann um die Buchung gefragt werden, nicht zurückerstattet im Falle einer Stornierung.
Kreditkarten werden auch akzeptiert.

Haustiere sind kostenfrei willkommen unter Beachtung der folgenden Hinweise:

• bitte lassen Sie nicht Ihr Haustier unbewacht im Apartment, um nicht andere Gäste zu stören oder die Möbeln zu schaden
  

• es darf nicht auf dem Bett und Couch einsteigen oder schlafen, die Verwendung unserer Leinen für es ist auch verboten
  

• bei gemeinsamen Räumen bitte halten Sie es an der Leine.
